The Jolly Roger is a 38mm (1-1/2″) wide collar with skull and crossbones and silver decorations.
This collar was made to fit a 38cm neck but there are six holes, 1.5cm apart. Closed on the third biggest hole is where it’s designed to be worn. However, it would fit smaller and bigger necks.
